If your order is over £50, delivery via Royal Mail 1st class recorded (requires a signiature) is free as always!
If your order happens to fall under £50 we charge a standard £3.50.
Larger items (wheels, bikes, bike bags/boxes, workstands etc) will be delivered by courier.
Courier delivery is £9.00 within England but may be more elsewhere in the UK, in which case we will contact you with our best quote for delivery.

International Customers:
We will send all around the world. Every order placed by an overseas customer is dealt with individually.
 
Parcels under 2kg will be sent using airmail on a “signed for” service.
Parcels over 2kg will be sent using ParcelForce Worldwide courier service.
 
Our postal charges are tariffs based on your basket total.

Returns:
Don’t worry if it does not fit or you don’t like it.
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
Returns for refund: If you are not happy with the items, you can returns the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage.
Returns for exchange: If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

There is a £3.00 postage charge for exchanges. This can be simply paid for here: Exchange Postage

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged or faulty goods we advise customers to call our mailorder department on 020 8763 1991.
When returning the item please include a cover note. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
Note: We strongly recommend returning items using a recorded service. We aim to handle returns within 3 working days.
